AVENIX

Messaging · Recruiting · CRM · SMS

Most businesses own the software. They do not know how to use it.

Avenix builds automations on the platforms a company already pays for. Messaging, recruiting, CRM, LinkedIn, SMS, inboxes, and the rest of the stack. We show the team how the tool is supposed to work, then take the repeatable steps off their hands.

Positioning

The license is not the system.

The chat tool is open. The CRM, the recruiting system, LinkedIn, and the texts are already paid for. The work still moves by hand because nobody learned the path the platform already had. That is where we start.

01

Learn the platform you already own

Messaging, recruiting, a CRM, LinkedIn, SMS, or another system you pay for usually has the path already. We find the features the team never turned on.

02

Show people how it should run

Before we add anything, the team can see which steps belong in the platform and which ones are still habit.

03

Automate what should not stay manual

Routing, follow-ups, updates, and handoffs run inside that same platform, with a person on the steps that need one.

Process

The same loop, every engagement.

  1. 01

    Discover the workflow

We sit with the people who do the work and write down the real steps, exceptions, and approvals.

  2. 02

    Map the systems

Tools, data, owners, and the places a person still has to decide. That map is the scope.

  3. 03

    Build the first release

One workflow, one integration, or one app. Small enough to review, finished enough to use.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

Documentation, a walkthrough, and a clear line between what runs on its own and what waits for a person.

Engagements

Four ways to start. No package price until the scope is real.

Workflow workshop

01

Typical length: 2–3 weeks

  • A map of one area of the operation
  • What to automate, integrate, or leave
  • An architecture sketch
  • A build-or-buy recommendation

Automation sprint

02

Typical length: 4–8 weeks

  • One workflow, end to end
  • Review gates where a mistake is expensive
  • Built inside the platform you name
  • A handoff your team can run

Custom web app

03

Scoped to a first release

  • The screens and the application behind them
  • The integrations that release needs
  • Roles that match the job
  • Written decisions for the next change

Software consulting

04

A fixed review, or ongoing

  • Time with the people who do the work
  • What the current platforms can already do
  • What to change first
  • A sequence you can hand to a team or a vendor

Questions

Before you write.

Which platforms can you connect?

The ones the business already runs. Messaging, Zoho and Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, SMS, email, CRMs, support desks, inboxes, and the more specific tools around them.

Do you replace the software we already pay for?

No. The point is to use it. A custom web app is only for the gap those platforms do not cover.

Is the work a chatbot on the side?

Only when a chat window is actually the job. Most of the work is routing, drafting, and writing the result back into the system of record.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. The handoff includes how it runs, where a person still decides, and how to change it later.

Does the contact form reach anyone?

Yes. It is addressed to avenixplatform@gmail.com, and a copy is kept in the project database.
